House Rules
NO PETS: For the health and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted on the property. Any violation of this rule may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund, and additional cleaning fees will be applied. Must be 25 years old to book. For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, please know that we have one external security camera that records audio and video located on the South side of the home facing the driveway and street. Please lock up bikes when not in use or store them in the shed. Failure to do so will result in replacement fee if stolen or lost.

Explore 30A via the paved bike path that is steps from the house. **Please know that there are stairs down to the beach.**
